Leads complex technology governance assessments, control design, and/or testing initiatives. 2. Advises senior leaders on technology risk posture and control effectiveness. 3. Designs and enhances enterprise technology governance frameworks. 4. Guides remediation strategies for significant or systemic risk issues. 5. Mentors and provides technical guidance to other governance professionals. QualificationsRequired QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.2. Extensive experience in technology governance or related disciplines. 3. Demonstrated expertise in regulatory requirements and control frameworks. Preferred Qualifications1. Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.2. Experience in the financial services industry.3. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Networking and Cloud Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent).4. Strong and Expert knowledge of CTO technology capabilities, processes and frameworks related to as SDLC/TDLC, Incident and Problem Management, CI/CD, Cloud Technologies, Networking and Storage technologies, understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles,5. Proven ability to manage complex technology governance projects, programs, and initiatives.The annual base salary for this position is $150,000 - $175,000General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
