CNC Machinist - 1st Shift

Southampton, PA | Aerospace Manufacturing Compensation $30.00–$39.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm The Opportunity We're hiring an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Southampton, PA. This facility produces precision aerospace components from aluminum, stainless steel, and magnesium using modern 4 and 5-axis machining centers. Parts range from hand-sized components to approximately 2' x 2' and require exceptional attention to detail and quality. First Shift plays a critical role in introducing new jobs into production. Working closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality, you'll perform machine setups, validate programs, complete first article inspections, and ensure jobs are production-ready before moving into full production.
