There is also excellent opportunity to earn 1.5x pay for OT hours worked.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Independently run various CNC Lathe Machines performing set-up, operation and program editingResponsible for selecting the appropriate scheduled job, setting up and running it to completion using any prints or other necessary documentation.Measuring and offsetting tooling.Marking and packing tools appropriately.Performing self in-process inspections and documenting them appropriately.Following company protocol: designated colored areas and colored tagging system.Performing machine maintenance based on guidelines.Responsible for bringing any non-conformity to the attention of the Operations Manager.Responsible for running & inspecting parts per dwg/print.REQUIREMENTS:Education and /or experience; high school diploma or equivalent2 years min work experience performing set-up and operation of CNC Lathe / Turning machineryCapability to work in a fast-paced environmentMotivated self-starterEnjoy working in a team environment as well as independently with little supervisionAbility to pass a preemployment screeningSalary: $22 to $35 an hour based on experience plus 15% shift differential pay Shift: 2nd shift position with regular hours of M-F 4:15 pm - 12:45 amCTD112 Nesco Resource and affiliates (Lehigh G.I.T Inc, and Callos Resource, LLC) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
