You will bridge our clinical providers and partnering facilities, improving quality, resolving issues quickly, and upholding HIPAA compliant documentation across our US network. The role emphasizes provider and facility relations, data management, and system feedback to enhance service delivery. Active LVN license preferred, with 1–2 years in long-term care or wound care.
