10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Clifton, New Jersey, for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.Drivers typically haul regional freight throughout the Northeast, from northern North Carolina to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio. Drivers are generally home on Saturdays and Sundays.$4,000 sign-on bonus$0.80–$0.85 per mileHome Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour resetAverage of 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availabilityAverage length of haul of approximately 400 milesUp to a 3 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivityAdditional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractorsMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) matchingPaid time offTop regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 per week. The operating area generally extends from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from northern North Carolina to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning home for their weekly reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
