About the Opportunity

We are excited to present a unique chance to become part of our independent Emergency Medicine team in Houston, Texas! We are on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time equivalent role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art emergency department that emphasizes clinical excellence, physician autonomy, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Our compensation package includes a competitive rate of $280 per hour, flexible scheduling options, and a collaborative environment tailored for physicians who prioritize high-quality care and professional development.

Position Highlights

• Base Pay: $280/hour
• Annual ED Visits: Over 25,000
• Emergency Department Size: 30-bed facility with dedicated trauma bays
• Support Services: 24/7 radiology, CT, and ultrasound assistance
• Coverage: 24 hours of physician coverage and 20 hours of APP coverage daily, with strong nursing support
• Shift Structure: Predictable 12-hour shifts for a balanced schedule

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ABEM/AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
• Eligibility for a Texas medical license
• A strong dedication to quality patient care and a team-oriented approach

• Malpractice Coverage: Provided
• Flexible Scheduling: Full-time commitment of 10 shifts per month
