A Home Infusion pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to provide coverage during a 3-week leave of absence. This per diem opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, spanning from February 16th through March 6th. The role involves working with CareTend software, with training available for candidates new to the system.


Responsibilities include sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation, ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care in a home infusion setting. Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• IV Certification
• Recent and solid experience in sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation
• Ability to adapt quickly to CareTend software (training provided)
