• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform long-term care pharmacy duties with accuracy and professionalism
• Manage medication dispensing and reviews in alignment with patient care plans
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Texas pharmacist license is required
• Recent hands-on pharmacist experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
• Experience with EnterpriseRx is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts
