Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Arizona licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new graduates pursuing CFY also welcome
• Strong clinical skills in screening, evaluating, and delivering therapy to school-aged children
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal writing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to drive student success
• Prepare and maintain accurate therapy documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEPs
• Provide support and guidance for staff and families regarding communication strategies
• Stay current on best practices, maintaining compliance with state and ASHA ethics/standards
