In this role, you’ll support a high‑performing technical training program, working side‑by‑side with government personnel to keep a complex, mission‑critical training enterprise running at peak performance.As an Intelligence Training Support Specialist, you’ll provide daily administrative and operational support to the client training lead. You’ll help shape the annual training schedule, coordinate course logistics, prepare training materials and aids, and assist with student and end‑of‑course evaluations. You’ll also produce clear, precise written communications that support decision‑makers — giving you opportunities to sharpen your professional writing and stakeholder‑engagement skills early in your career.You’ll also support three major operational exercises each year, each requiring 10–14 days of CONUS travel, giving you hands‑on exposure to mission‑ready training events not typical of most junior roles.On the operational side, you’ll help maintain and track training assets, prepare shipping manifests, support client‑required inventory reporting, and ensure equipment is ready for classroom use. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
