Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience providing speech-language therapy in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable managing a high school caseload and collaborating with educators
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) specific to each student’s goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through evidence-based practices
