Learn more at perficient.com.12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/AVP or equivalent) overseeing multiple large-scale engagements or portfoliosProven ability to lead through others, providing strategic oversight across programs and accounts while ensuring delivery excellence, consistency, and predictable outcomes at scale Deep expertise in managing complex portfolios across delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, hybrid), with the ability to establish standardized delivery frameworks, governance models, and operational rigor across teamsDemonstrated experience owning and managing P&L at the account or portfolio level, including revenue growth, margin optimization, forecasting accuracy, and cost management Strong track record in building and scaling high-performing teams, including workforce strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and optimizing utilization across delivery organizationsProven success developing and maintaining C-suite and senior executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to align delivery with strategic business outcomes and long-term client valueExpertise in establishing enterprise-level governance, delivery standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement across accounts Strong ability to anticipate and manage complex risks, lead executive-level escalations, and drive rapid resolution of critical delivery challenges Experience partnering with sales and account teams to support pursuits, shape scalable delivery solutions, and drive organic growth through expansion and upsell opportunitiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional teams, and drive organizational outcomes Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584.00 to $209,800.00.
