Key Responsibilities

• Perform CST duties in accordance with ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21, and the Construction Security Plan (CSP).
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Partner with the Site Security Manager (SSM) to maintain continuous surveillance of personnel, materials, and construction processes, identifying and mitigating security risks.
• Maintain detailed records of construction activities and security incidents; promptly report issues to the SSM.
• Support site access control, inspections, escorts, and opening/closing procedures to protect the integrity of the secure construction site.

Required Experience

• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of ICD 705-compliant construction project experience.
• 1+ year serving as a CST (Construction Surveillance Technician) or Assistant SSM on ICD 705 projects.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance .
• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
