This is not a back-office-only role. The right candidate will be comfortable leading live service while also building routines that make excellent hospitality easier to deliver consistently. This is a full-time, salaried F&B management role with schedule flexibility based on business needs.This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality leader who can move between the floor, the team, and the systems behind the operation with confidence and care.Key ResponsibilitiesF&B Floor Leadership / Manager on DutyPOS Administration & Operating ToolsScheduling, Timekeeping & Payroll Process SupportInventory, Ordering & Receiving SystemsQualificationsPrevious food and beverage leadership, restaurant management, hotel outlet, event, training, or hospitality operations experience.Strong understanding of service standards and live hospitality operations.Experience leading teams during active service.Ability to write clear SOPs, checklists, training tools, and operational communication.Comfort working with POS systems, scheduling systems, timekeeping tools, payroll workflows, shared documents, and basic reporting.Ability to train managers and colleagues on systems and standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to balance floor leadership with systems/project work.If you believe you have the J Quality please click through to apply.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or protected veteran status.
