Position Overview As the Bar Manager/Lead Bartender, you will play a key role in shaping the beverage experience at Pharm Table. You'll have the opportunity to lead the bar program, craft innovative drinks that complement our health-focused menu, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities Lead the bar program, including crafting and serving beverages that align with our wellness-focused philosophy. Collaborate with the culinary team to design drink pairings that enhance the guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience. Train and mentor bar staff as needed to uphold the highest standards of quality and hospitality. Manage bar inventory and ordering to ensure efficiency and minimize waste. Required Skills and Qualifications A passion for mixology and creating unique, health-conscious beverages.
