Kitchen Manager (Full-Time) - Las Palapas

Las Palapas is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual Tex-Mex kitchen with a drive-through . If you're passionate about great food, team leadership, and strong execution, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Schedule kitchen staff to ensure coverage for each shift and drive-through demands
• Manage ordering and inventory , keeping products stocked and costs controlled
• Plating and presentation to maintain high-quality, consistent results
• Expo support to keep service moving smoothly and ensure orders are accurate and on time
• Maintain consistency with recipes, standards, and kitchen procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Open availability and willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
• Food Manager certification required.
• R365 proficiency preferred.
• Previous Aloha POS or similar system experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and daily operations.
• Ability to oversee food prep, inventory, and ordering to meet quality and cost targets.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while staying organized and focused.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, production schedules, and prep lists.
• Spanish speaking preferred to support team and guest communication.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude consistent with Las Palapas values.
