Compensation Options - Contract, Part-time or Fulltime positions - We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

• SLPA: $46,000$52,000 annually
• SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000$85,000 annually
• Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

• SLPA: $30$44/hour
• SLP: $50$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)

1099/Contractor (Optional):

• SLPA: $17/session or $34/hour
• SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

Flexible Scheduling

• Traditional 5x8s
• 4x9s + half-day Friday
• 4x10s

What You'll Do

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's communication goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans
• Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
• Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
• Passion for helping children and families thrive
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
