This role involves handling time-sensitive daily reports, managing sensitive client information, and providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors (approximately half the workday).Deliver a service-first experience in all client interactions.Collaborate effectively with team members in both virtual and in-person meetings.Participate actively in team discussions, training, and feedback sessions.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) at an advanced level Skills:3+ years of Client Services ExperienceHS Diploma MinimumFinancial experience a PLUSMS Office Experience Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
