Resultaat: een werkende simulatieomgeving waarin beproevingen kunnen worden uitgevoerd.* De PoC's technisch trekken en uitvoeren: het platform waarop de overige beproevingen draaien, het eenduidig vastleggen van begrippen en gegevens, en het melden van gebeurtenissen tussen organisaties (notificeren volgens CloudEvents). Resultaat: per beproeving een werkende opstelling en een vastgelegde uitkomst.* REST-API-koppelingen en notificatie-oplossingen realiseren en beproeven, waaronder het opvragen van gegevens bij de bronhouder, peer-to-peer opvragen en samenvoegen, en het overbruggen van oud naar nieuw. Resultaat: geteste koppelingen met een onderbouwde conclusie over haalbaarheid en aandachtspunten.* Per PoC het startdocument (solution-architectuur van 1 tot 2 A4) opstellen en/of aanscherpen samen met de VIM-Solution Architecten, specialisten van de ketenpartners met de Politie DIV-DP specialisten. Resultaat: een concrete en goedgekeurde invulling per PoC.* De uitkomsten per PoC vastleggen in een korte resultaatrapportage met conclusie en advies, en die inbrengen in de impactanalyses, de solution-architectuur en de uitwerking van het fundament. Resultaat: besluitmateriaal dat in de programmabesluitvorming kan worden gebracht.* Code, configuratie en documentatie navolgbaar en overdraagbaar opleveren, zodat een latere stap naar de politieomgeving klein blijft. De omgeving gaat maximaal tot en met Ontwikkelen en Testen; Acceptatie en Productie blijven bij de politie.* Afstemmen met de VIM-Solution Architecten, DIV-DP, de afdeling Ketenvoorzieningen en de ketenpartners, inclusief de betrokken overleggremia. VIM en Ketenvoorzieningen blijven regisseur op ketenarchitectuur en ketenpartner-input.* Opstellen en/of verder uitwerken van Solution Architectuur documenten en andere onderdelen van het fundament.* Ondersteuning ketenpartner en afdeling Ketenvoorzieningen bij de voorbereiding en realisatiefase van de VIM gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Werkwijze: in korte cycli, met tweewekelijkse voortgang op de afgesproken resultaten.### Eisen* De professional heeft minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding op het gebied van informatica of een andere technische richting met nadruk op analytisch vermogen* De professional heeft minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een hands-on realiserende en/of architectuurrol (senior developer/engineer en/of solution architect) voor integratie- en koppelvlakoplossingen* De professional heeft minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen en realiseren van integratie- en koppelvlakoplossingen op basis van REST-API's en event-/notificatiepatronen* De professional heeft minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als scrummaster of agile-teamfacilitator* De professional heeft minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de (Rijks)overheid of in een complexe keten- of netwerkomgeving van samenwerkende organisaties### Wensen en competenties### Wensen* Je hebt X jaren ervaring met het ontwerpen en realiseren van integraties en koppelvlakken, waaronder REST-API's en event-/notificatiepatronen.### Competenties* analyseren* creativiteit* netwerken* omgevingsbewustzijn* organisatiesensitiviteit* overtuigingskracht* plannen en organiseren* resultaatgerichtheid### Organisatie & TeamHet Directoraat-generaal Migratie (DGM) staat voor een op maatschappelijk verantwoorde wijze en in overeenstemming met internationale verplichtingen gereglementeerde en beheerste toelating tot, verblijf in en vertrek uit Nederland van vreemdelingen, alsmede verkrijging van het Nederlanderschap of de intrekking daarvan. DRM stelt de migratieketen en haar partners maximaal in staat de Vreemdelingenwet en het vreemdelingenbeleid snel en zorgvuldig uit te voeren. Wij dragen daarmee bij aan een weloverwogen en uitvoerbaar migratiebeleid met respect voor de migrant en dat bijdraagt aan de Nederlandse samenleving. De afdeling Ketenvoorzieningen voert in opdracht van het Topberaad van de migratieketen de regie over de centrale ketenvoorzieningen, zoals* de basisvoorziening vreemdelingen (BVV),* het SIGMA- gegevensloket,* het gegevenswoordenboek migratieketen* het beheer over de afspraken die in de migratieketen gemaakt zijn.Samen met de ketenpartners bepaalt de afdeling de gewenste ontwikkelrichting, coordineert de realisatie en implementatie daarvan en worden problemen in het gebruik opgelost. De afdeling stuurt, namens de ketenpartners, de leveranciers van de ketenvoorzieningen aan. Daarnaast adviseert de afdeling over de informatieaspecten van ketenprocessen en voert het overleg in Europa over de Europese voorzieningen, zoals het beheer op het Europese visumsysteem en Eurodac en de introductie van het nieuwe Entry-Exitsysteem, zodat deze goed mogelijk aansluiten op onze nationale voorzieningen.
