About the Role

The Company is in search of a Director for Global AI Security and CISO Initiatives. This strategic and highly collaborative role is pivotal in serving within the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and operational partner, responsible for translating the company's information security strategy into coordinated action across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include leading the overall operating rhythm of the Information Security organization, driving strategic planning, and ensuring the CISO's priorities are effectively communicated and executed. The role demands a professional with a strong background in cybersecurity, technology, and security strategy, who can move seamlessly between long-term strategy and day-to-day operations, and who possesses the ability to influence outcomes and foster strong partnerships across various business functions. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity or a related area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior executives, leading complex initiatives, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy and governance. Experience in strategic planning, financial management, and exceptional communication skills are essential. The role also requires professional certifications in cybersecurity and experience with AI tools. A Master's degree and experience in a global consumer products or similar multinational organization are preferred. The Director will be instrumental in ensuring that cybersecurity considerations are integrated into AI initiatives and will be at the forefront of identifying opportunities to enhance security through the use of artificial intelligence and automation.
