Join a team that values training, career advancement, and professional development.Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on various equipment, from light-duty to heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment.Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance per OEM guidelines using electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.Emergency Assistance: Provide roadside repair support when necessary, coordinating towing as needed.Tool and Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment to ensure reliability.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and perform DOT inspections.Fabrication Tasks: Weld, fabricate, and cut parts as required using arc-welding and flame cutting equipment.Qualifications:1+ years of proven experience in mechanic, especially with diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulic systems.Ability to diagnose and repair diverse mechanical issues.Welding and fabrication skills are preferred but not required.Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not mandatory.Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.High school diploma or GED.Key Competencies:Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined.Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Willingness to adapt to changing business needs.Benefits and Perks:Compensation Perks:Weekly pay with overtime.Referral bonuses and yearly bonus incentives.Double-time pay for Sunday work.Simple IRA with 3% employer match.Health and Wellness:Healthcare (medical and vision insurance) covered after 90 days.Company-provided PPE and uniforms, with weekly laundry services.Safety equipment and work apparel provided to ensure comfort and compliance.Work-Life Balance:Paid time off for holidays, vacation, and sick days.Lodging and per diem covered for overnight travel.Relocation assistance for travel-related projects.Career Development:CDL training provided.Opportunities for technical and safety training, including certifications in OSHA and manufacturer-specific programs.Unique Perks:Use of company vehicles for job-related travel.Enjoy company events, such as holiday parties, fostering team camaraderie and connection.Work Schedule:Full-time, Monday through Friday.
