Job Description - Dealership who performs minor/major work and repairs and preventative maintenance on all makes of Heavy Duty Trucks including CAT, Cummins, Detroit, and Volvos. (See additional description)
Diesel Technician Job Description:
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Trucks and Trailers.
• Conduct fuel and electrical diagnostics with limited supervision.
• Complete most repairs and parts replacements.
• Accurately complete written record of work performed.
• Communicate with Drivers regarding "Vehicle Condition Reports" and make appropriate repairs.
• Maintain the highest quality workmanship.
• Provide excellent Customer Service.
• Maintain a clean shop.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Performing Federal DOT inspections
• Preventative Maintenance
• Tires/Wheel end service
• Air brake system
• Suspensions
• Drive lines
• General Maintenance
