We are seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead a group of retail stores within a growing, sales-driven organization. Multi-Unit Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Multi-Unit Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop General Managers across 56 retail locations
- Drive sales growth and operational performance
- Analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies
- Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews
- Build a strong culture of accountability and engagement
Multi-Unit Manager Requirements:
- 35+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
- Furniture or big-ticket retail sales experience required
- Proven success leading sales-driven environments
- Strong coaching and leadership development abilities
- Ability to travel daily within assigned market
- Strong communication and operational leadership skills
