Nurse Unit Manager RN/LPN

Crown Pointe, a skilled nursing facility located at 1850 Crown Park Court, Columbus, OH 43235, USA, is seeking a dedicated Full Time, experienced, energetic, and strong Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to assist the DON and ADON in leading the exceptional nursing services delivered to our residents daily. Responsibilities Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents. Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues. Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines. Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced. Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility. Qualifications Licensed as a Registered or Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing. Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility. Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
