Role Description The Associate Attorney role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fresno, CA. The Attorney will manage a caseload that may include litigation, employment, and/or transactional matters, depending on experience and practice area alignment. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing legal issues, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, and preparing pleadings, motions, and other court filings. Qualifications Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents. Effective advocacy skills, including courtroom or administrative hearing experience, and confident oral argument abilities. Client relationship management skills, including clear communication, active listening, and sound professional judgment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional legal teams and work independently while managing multiple matters and deadlines. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility and intent to obtain admission). High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to providing quality service to diverse clients.
