Job Description

Vuori is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Marketing Specialist to support the wholesale business, with a primary focus on US Key Accounts, Corporate, and Resort channels, and any INTL wholesale support that’s needed. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day account communication, executing end-to-end marketing strategies, managing creative briefs and assets for the Key Accounts channel, leading all digital asset distribution for wholesale accounts, reporting, and helping bring Vuori’s brand storytelling to life across key wholesale partner environments. 

At the heart, this position is a marketer, project manager, and relationship builder, capable of managing multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring Vuori’s brand storytelling is executed consistently across accounts. This position will play a critical role in supporting key account marketing needs, coordinating seasonal GTM initiatives, managing digital asset distribution, and supporting grass roots events that strengthen Vuori’s presence across the Wholesale business. 

What you'll get to do:

• Own day-to-day marketing communication and execution for US Key Accounts and serve as a trusted marketing partner to sales teams and account partners 
• Support the development and execution of account-specific marketing plans that align to seasonal priorities, launch moments, growth opportunities, and wholesale business goals 
• Partner closely with Sales, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Wholesale Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns to accounts 
• Manage the end-to-end execution of key account marketing initiatives, including project timelines, creative briefing, asset delivery, reporting, activations, PK Summits, and post-campaign recaps 
• Coordinate digital asset distribution for select Major, Key and INTL accounts, ensuring partners receive approved seasonal creative, campaign assets, product imagery, and brand materials in a timely and organized manner 
• Brief creative needs for wholesale marketing initiatives, including digital placements, in-store marketing, account activations, seasonal campaigns, and partner-specific requests 
• Support marketing execution for the Corporate, Resort and INTL channels, including seasonal asset needs, account communications, activation support, and reporting 
• Track account marketing calendars, deliverables, promotions, co-op marketing programs, and cross-functional deadlines to ensure projects stay on track 
• Monitor wholesale partner digital and physical environments to ensure consistent and elevated brand presentation 
• Assist with campaign reporting, event recaps, and performance summaries to improve visibility across the wholesale marketing team 
• Help manage partner-facing marketing materials and ensure all work reflects Vuori’s brand standards across digital and physical wholesale environments 
• Support tools, reporting, and processes that improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability across the wholesale marketing team 

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in wholesale marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, account marketing, or related field. 
• Experience supporting wholesale, retail, sporting goods, department store, corporate, resort, or key account marketing programs 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously 
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Experience coordinating marketing assets, DAM systems, creative briefs, retail activations, digital placements, or wholesale campaign execution 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and build relationships with internal and external partners 
• Comfortable managing day-to-day account communication, creative briefing, asset distribution, campaign tracking, and executional follow-through 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

The salary range for this role is $70,305 per year - $85,000 per year.
