Creative Lead - Tracksuit Studio

We're building something unusual: an in-house creative studio for a B2B SaaS brand, producing a wide range of bespoke content under one roof. We need someone to lead it. We’re looking for someone who’s one part creative director, one part editor-in-chief, one part creative production manager. Think SNL show-runner, not three jobs stitched together. You set the vision, vibe-check everything that goes out the door, and make sure it actually ships. Kind of like our executive chef, except the food is content and ideas are the menu. Lol.
