Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority/Female/Disability/VeteranDUTIES:The Customer Service Department delivers exceptional service and support to members, providers, employer groups, brokers, internal departments, and prospective customers across Oklahoma and the United States. As the primary point of contact, Customer Service Representatives provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused assistance regarding dental benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, and online services.Representing the organization with professionalism and integrity, team members are responsible for resolving inquiries, educating customers, and creating positive service experiences. They serve as trusted resources who simplify complex benefit information, identify effective solutions, and minimize customer effort throughout each interaction. Successful representatives must demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, critical thinking, problem solving, and computer skills, along with strong attention to detail, reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.QUALIFICATIONS:Customer Service experience required.High School graduate or equivalent.General office experience using personal computer, telephone and calculator.Type 25 WPM or higher on typing test provided by DDOK.Score a 70% or higher on Customer Service test provided by DDOK.Enjoy talking to people on the phone and building relationships/rapport. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Degree in Business or other degree/certifications or equivalent in experience.Dental office experience. Insurance experience.
