Industrial Maintenance Technician Mid Level Salary: $31 - $38 per hour Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the food production industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and machinery. You will be required to work on a range of equipment, including refrigeration, pumps and pneumatics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, Schematics and Pneumatics. Conducting routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to minimise the risk of breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used and time spent on each job. Collaborating with other departments, including production, engineering and quality control, to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out, to minimise the risk of accidents and injuries. At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, Schematics and Pneumatics. Experience with refrigeration and pumps is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery breakdowns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet production deadlines. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
