Our work is highly collaborative and project-driven, requiringstrong communication, coordination, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional client experiences.Role DescriptionThe Account Manager supports and grows client accounts as part of a collaborative sales team. This role is both client-facing and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on project management, coordination, and communication. Account Managers work closely with sales leadership, internal teams (such as finance and creative), and suppliers to ensure promotional product projects are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with client goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport assigned client accounts within a team-based sales structureCommunicate directly with clients to understandobjectives, timelines, and requirementsManage multiple promotional product projects simultaneouslyCoordinate sourcing, order execution, timelines, and deliverablesPartner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project executionMaintain clear documentation and consistent communication throughout each projectDeliver work accurately in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven environmentQualifications5+ years of experience in the promotional products industry (supplier or distributor)Proven experience xhyhwjd managing projects and client-facing communicationStrong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities with accuracyComfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative teamFamiliarity with industry tools such as ESP, SAGE, and Company StoresBenefits17 days annual PTO increasing with tenure+ paid federal holidays401K with 3% contribution after 1 year employmentMedical, dental & vision insurance
