ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Trauma, Surgical, and Neurological

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in trauma, surgical, and neurological care. The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate Epic experience and will be assigned to a Level One Trauma unit. This position involves caring for critically ill patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Schedule: 7A - 7:30P

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to ICU patients, including trauma and neurological cases.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as necessary based on patient care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience, specifically in trauma, surgical, and neurological patients.
• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Must have Level One Trauma experience.
• Completion of a competency test within 24 hours of submission.
• Local candidates from ineligible counties will not be accepted starting January 11, 2024.

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position with guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week.
