Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a professional commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points, help to deter unauthorized entry, and provide directions or assistance to visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site protocols.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
