Quality Process Lead

Position Overview Quality Process Lead for DePuy Synthes. Reports to the Manager of Quality Process. Responsible for the overall and compliant execution of global Stop Shipments and associated quality processes. Key Responsibilities Execute Stop Shipment cases. Coordinate and lead communication between stakeholders, LOCs, and management. Provide ERP support and guidance, working with ERPs to ensure data integrity. Handle product traceability escalations and field actions. Create, modify, and maintain critical batch information (e.g., expiry dates). Analyze, define, and revise procedures, work instructions, and documentation to improve processes. Provide quality systems guidance and support non‑conformance and complaint handling activities. Support investigations related to quality issues. Serve as subject matter expert during audits. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a quality environment. Required Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Office365); experience with ERP systems; ability to work cross‑functionally in a diverse, international environment; high degree of responsibility. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ISO13485 and 21CFR820; knowledge of process improvements; experience in healthcare or medical device environments. Compensation Base pay range: $65,000.00 – $104,650.00. Benefits Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents). Holiday pay, including floating holidays: 13 days per calendar year. Work, personal and family time: up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care. Bereavement leave: 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member. Caregiver leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period. Volunteer leave: 32 hours per calendar year. Military spouse time‑off: 80 hours per calendar year. Retirement and savings plans: Company consolidated retirement plan (pension) and 401(k). Location Preferred locations: Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Open to any U.S. location. Remote work may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
