Qualifications Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) fully licensed and independently licensed in Virginia. Clinician must be licensed and residing in the state where practiced. Compensation Up to $138,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership approach. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children. Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
