Commercial Client Specialist

: Job Summary and Opportunity: Are you someone that enjoys problem solving and putting customers first? We are looking for candidates who wish to gain financial expertise while growing professionally within the Commercial Lending space. Our Customer Success Representatives will assist clients with navigating our new Commercial Portal, provide a broad range of servicing needs and managing general customer service requests. You will partner with leadership and other teams to ensure we are providing the best possible service to all customers. Responsibilities:

• Support customers and resolve inquiries via portal requests, phone, and email cases
• Investigate and research to clarify customer requests, explore alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution, appropriately close and disposition interactions
• Maintain or exceed established service level standards for customer service, resolve issues and escalate complex issues as needed
• Gain deep knowledge and expertise within the financial industry, understand and apply appropriate procedures and regulations while maintaining customer confidentiality.
• Collaborate with your team and leadership to suggest new processes and tools to make support workflows more efficient
• Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating customers with respect and responding with empathy

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer success and problem-solving experience in a call center environment
• Punctual attendance, with outstanding work ethics
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office applications and Internet browsers

Preferred:

• Financial industry experience within Commercial or Consumer Lending/Banking
• Familiarity with SalesForce CRM and related ecosystem
