A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a CSR, your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience by completing banking transactions for individual and business customers. Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attention to detail. Y our primary responsibilities will include: Greet customers with a smile Cash checks and take deposits Take loan payments Balance cash drawer Redeem Savings Bonds Issue money orders, cashiers’ checks, and gift cards Provide information to customers about bank products and services JOIN OUR TEAM! As a CSR, you will be involved in an on-the-job training program to enhance your skills and encourage internal advancement. This is a part-time position and offers a great work-life balance, working approximately 20-25 hours per week. A schedule is prepared a week or two in advance and may consist of scheduled time between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
