I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in educational sales, where I developed a passion for building relationships, helping people, and providing exceptional service. Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We regularly support local organizations through sponsorships and volunteer efforts, and we enjoy being involved in the communities we serve. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kari Van Ert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
