ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in educational sales, where I developed a passion for building relationships, helping people, and providing exceptional service.

Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We regularly support local organizations through sponsorships and volunteer efforts, and we enjoy being involved in the communities we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Kari Van Ert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
