$50,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring each interaction builds trust and fosters long-term partnerships.
• Leverage our advanced technology tools to streamline your workflow, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Actively engage in community events and networking opportunities to expand your professional reach and influence.
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing our collective success and innovation.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer clients the most current and relevant advice.
• Utilize our comprehensive lead generation system to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively and ethically.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active SC Real Estate License, and a NC License is a plus!
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in using advanced technology tools to enhance workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Active engagement in community events and networking opportunities to expand professional reach.
• Collaborative mindset to share insights and strategies with team members, enhancing collective success.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and local real estate developments to offer current and relevant advice to clients.
