• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize our cutting-edge technology to manage leads and follow up promptly, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and a smooth transaction process.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate sales.

• Must have SC or NC Real Estate license.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Proven track record of leveraging lead generation systems to connect with prospective buyers and sellers effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients in offers and contracts.
• Ability to conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing listings to attract potential buyers.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends, providing clients with up-to-date insights and advice.
• Experience in collaborating with teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings is a plus, but not required.
