Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Carrollton, TX. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, generating and following up on leads, maintaining accurate customer records, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while achieving team objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Account Management and fostering client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
