The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the sound execution of funding in various markets, with a focus on enhancing USD funding capabilities to support business growth and manage funding costs. This role involves maintaining appropriate sales relationships with money fund investors and brokers, collaborating with business partners for efficient funding, and leading the continuous improvement of governance meetings. The Treasury Head of Funding will also act as a senior support and trusted advisor on best practices in funding execution and broader ALM topics, as well as monitoring market and regulatory developments to provide actionable recommendations. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in bank funding, with a deep knowledge of U.S. funding markets and a high level of proficiency in the drivers of cost of funds. Experience in managing counterparty relationships and a proven track record of managing sizeable funding desks are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a related field being a plus.
