Operations Director
Red Bull North America
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center operations; at least 2 years in a leadership role (multishift or multisite preferred). Demonstrated experience in highvolume, timesensitive distribution (beverage, FMCG, or similar environment a plus). Proven track record of managing and developing frontline teams and supervisors. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, inventory control, and safety practices. Ability to work flexibly in support of 24/7 operations (evenings, nights, weekends, and oncall as needed). Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills; comfortable working with KPIs and data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across different functions and levels. Travel 20-30% Permanent Benefits eligible #J-18808-Ljbffr
