Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurses Needed Palm Springs, CA

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) | Part-Time | Per Diem | PRN

Billet Health is expanding, and were looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing Home Health team in the Palm Springs area.

We provide personalized home health services through a 9-week episode of care, focusing on exceptional clinical outcomes while creating meaningful patient relationships.

As new patients are admitted to service, our staffing team will contact you regarding available visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and the individualized plan of care
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse and care team
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care needs
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Current Physical
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Valid TB documentation:
  • Skin test within 1 year OR
  • Chest X-ray within 5 years

Training Requirement

One full week of home health training availability required (MondayFriday).
