Pay Rate: $ 1,600 To $ 1,829 Per week

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room (OR) for a 13-week contract in Bozeman, Montana. The OR RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team throughout perioperative care.

This position requires a flexible schedule with variable day shifts and on-call coverage. Operating Room circulating and scrub experience are preferred, and candidates must be comfortable adapting to various shift coverage needs.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify appropriate nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing plans of care based on patient needs.

• Provide safe perioperative nursing care while promoting patient health, safety, and a supportive clinical environment.

• Educate patients and families and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members throughout care delivery.

• Maintain professional nursing practice through evidence-based care, quality improvement, ongoing competency, and accurate clinical documentation.

• Minimum 18 Months of Registered Nurse Experience Required.

• Current, Active Montana Registered Nurse License Required.

• Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma From an Accredited School of Nursing Required.

• Current American Heart Association BLS And ACLS Certifications Required.

• Permanent Residence Must Be at Least 90 Miles From the Job Location; CNOR Certification, 1 Year of OR Circulating Experience, And 1 Year of OR Scrub Experience Preferred.
