We have a career for you! $$ Competitive Pay Range $$ Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one-on-one, non‑medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, behavioral diagnoses, etc. Direct Support Professional Location Altoona, PA Shift Part‑time, Full‑time, Weekday Job duties include: Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing) Companionship Appropriate communication/social skills Light housekeeping and chores Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills Meeting individual goals and outcomes Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.) Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) MUST HAVE ACTIVE/CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE Mobile Device & EVV Requirements: This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act , which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours.
