About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Director for M&A, a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving complex M&A transactions, leading strategic partnerships, and managing the acquisition and optimization of utility-scale solar, storage, and digital infrastructure assets. This senior leadership position demands a professional with a proven track record in the utility-scale renewable energy sector, particularly in M&A, project finance, or business development. The Senior Director will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from initial screening to close, and will play a key role in building the company's growth strategy and pipeline. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of professional experience, with a significant tenure in the relevant sectors, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial instincts, the ability to identify strategic opportunities, and a demonstrated capacity to lead and inspire high-performing teams. The Senior Director will also be expected to have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and to be adept at representing the company in various external forums. Key responsibilities include deal structuring, risk assessment, and investment thesis development, as well as mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance late-stage controlled assets.
