The successful candidate will source, negotiate and manage the rollout of Tishman Speyer's industrial investment strategy, focusing across the risk/return spectrum from development to value-add and core/core-plus acquisition opportunities across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Atlantic.Key responsibilities include identifying and sourcing investment opportunities across core-plus, value-add, and development strategies; executing transactions through the full cycle; and working with internal and external parties to ensure compliance and appropriate risk management.
