Key Qualifications:

• Hold or be eligible for Texas State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent program
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus, but motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and comfort with hybrid service delivery models
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other allied professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to support academic achievement and social engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to foster a holistic support environment
• Provide direct and indirect services, track student progress, and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a valued team member
