Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Demonstrated experience in school settings
• Itinerant flexibility: Ability to serve multiple campus locations as needed
• Comfortable mentoring clinical fellows (CFs)
• Commitment to on-site, in-person services (remote roles not available)
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs across assigned campuses
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new clinicians as appropriate
• Travel locally between school sites as required by the position
